A higher temperature enhances the alcohol content and the fruity aroma of the brandy, while a lower temperature diminishes the alcohol content but also reduces the fruity aroma.

It is important to note that low temperatures do not affect the alcohol content of the drink, only its perception. Therefore, it is advisable to consume chilled alcoholic beverages with greater caution and moderation.

Generally, we serve brandy at room temperature in winter and chilled in summer.
