This vinegar was the first in our line of sweet and sour vinegars, being a versatile product that can be used in desserts or as a traditional vinegar. It's ideal for those who enjoy balsamic vinegar but with a raspberry flavor.
Made with our cider vinegar, sugar, and raspberry juice, it's available in 25cl bottles.
Production process
The manufacturing process is simple and traditional.
It begins with making apple juice, which undergoes a double fermentation. During the first fermentation, the sugar in the apples is converted into alcohol, and during the second fermentation, the alcohol is transformed into acetic acid, resulting in the production of cider and cider vinegar.
In general, our vinegar takes about a year to be produced.
After making cider vinegar, we press raspberries to extract the juice, which is then added to the vinegar, and when the raspberry vinegar is ready, we add sugar to sweeten it.

This vinegar is versatile, suitable for both sweet and savory dishes.
It can be used as a regular vinegar, to season salads and raw or cooked vegetables. It pairs well with meat, sausages, fish, and seafood, as well as with cheeses, nuts, and a variety of fresh fruits.
It's excellent as a topping for desserts and it complements flavors like chocolate, caramel, coffee, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. It also goes well with oats, rice crackers, and popcorn.
Moreover, it can be used to prepare refreshments and cocktails.

Do you use glass or plastic bottles?
We use glass bottles.
Do the vinegars have any alcohol content or are they 0.0% ABV?
Our sweet and sour vinegars contain no alcohol at all.
Our other vinegars, since they are not pasteurized, may contain traces of alcohol.
Do your products contain sulfites?
No.
Do your products contain gluten?
We use wheat and rye flour to seal and clean our still, which is used for producing brandies. While the likelihood of cross-contamination with our other products is very low, we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that there is no contamination. Therefore, our products may contain traces of gluten.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. We do not use any animal-derived products or additives.
